1. 1. Mentoring:
      

   2. Referred to as “Heroes Hour”, both civilians along with currently active and retired veterans mentor returning vets interested in pursuing careers in Medicine, Law, Technology, Finance and many other industries.

   2. The message here is “Self Sufficiency”. Long-term focus, getting veterans off dependency and making themselves sufficient, rather than the short-term charity case.  We try to get to veterans before they have problems, preventative help.

1. 1. WeDoForTheTroops.org is a non-profit, 501 (c) 3 organization. Founded by service disabled combat veterans. Upon returning home from our Nation’s battlefields, we experienced a gap in veterans’ services specific to those returning from Iraq/Afghanistan and the many other countries engaged in fighting the global war on terror. We choose to take action and provide meaningful solutions including outreach and facilitation, connecting vets with benefits available to them from Foundations along City, State and the Federal Government.
